Terms of purchase and license for use of images and videos
Purchase conditions:
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the following terms:
The customer pays for a quantity of digital copies of photos and/or videos (hereinafter: "the media") that will be taken as part of a dance or sports competition in 2025 by the photographer Gittel Press (GIT PHOTOGRAPHY) and/or someone on its behalf.
The purchase grants each customer a license to use the photos and videos, which is detailed further down this page.
Payment will be made through the website www.gitphotography.com, or in any other way approved or published by the photographer, or in another way agreed upon in advance with the photographer.
General information
The media will be published in a dedicated online gallery no later than 10 business days from the date of the competition.
All dance media for which payment has been made will be sent to the email you specified in the registration form on the website, within 7 business days of their publication, provided that proper payment has been arranged.
The media will be available for download for one week, and it is the customer's responsibility to save the files upon receiving the download link.
The photographer does not warrant that all digital images or videos are error-free.
All file weights and dimensions are approximate. There may be differences in colors and lighting depending on the type of screen the customer is viewing on, I cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display all file colors and brightness.
If there is a significant difference in the appearance of the image, it is possible to contact the photographer to receive a response.
Receiving the media
Purchasing media requires the client to provide valid payment information as required. If payment is declined, it is the client's responsibility to contact the photographer to arrange payment using one of the contact methods below.
You can cancel a purchase and receive a full refund up to 14 days after purchase, provided that the files have not yet been received. After 14 days from the time of purchase, the purchase will not be able to be canceled.
In the event that the photographer is unable to arrive on the selected competition date for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
payment
As part of your participation in the competition, you agreed to the permission for photography and media publication for the competition and the photographer (for participants under the age of 18, photography and publication are approved by a parent or legal guardian).
If you would like your photos or videos not to be published, please notify the photographer along with the following identification information: at least one of the photos taken, or file number, full name, number and name of the dance.
These requests will be processed within up to 7 business days.
Purchases under the age of 18 with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By purchasing, you confirm that you or your children participating in the competition will not have any legal or financial claims/claims against the photographer as part of this transaction.
Approvals
The customer will be given the option to use the images and/or videos only as written in this license.
Gitel Press (Photography) grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal or business use according to the following details:
The files that the customer will receive as part of this purchase are for the personal use of the customer only, or of those appearing in the image.
The media can be used commercially for the studio/association that created or presented the dance, for the teachers and choreographers who took part in the work or for the competition in which the dance was filmed.
The photographer is not responsible for the use of the competition or anyone on its behalf in the media, or for any use by the client or a third party.
You may not resell the images and/or videos, or transfer them to a third party for any consideration, or modify this license.
Title and ownership, copyright and all rights now and in the future, of and for the media remain exclusively with the photographer.
The client may share the media on any legal platform, free of charge. All published images require a direct link or credit to GIT PHOTOGRAPHY and videos to filter_im.
The client or any person authorized to publish the media will publish the source file received, and may not copy, publish a screenshot, edit the photos, or photograph the media in any other way.
All images and copyrights to the images are owned by photographer Git Photography.
Video and copyright to the video are owned by photographer Yakir Meir Peretz.
Publication or use of media in accordance with the terms listed in this license, or under other terms subject to written permission by the photographer.
Photographers reserve the right to publish and use media on any platform associated with them, and in their associated marketing tools.
