1. Fees and Payment Terms

• Session Fee: The total fee is based on the quote provided. A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure the date.

• The rest of the payment will be paid at the end of the session.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Paypal or cash

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 2 business days before the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.

• Arrival more than 30 minutes late, or failure to show, will not entitle the Client to a refund or rescheduling without a new fee.

• Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, that prevents the session, no cancellation fee will apply, and the session will be rescheduled.

3. Copyright and Image Usage

• Ownership: All images and copyrights remain the sole property of GIT PHOTOGRAPHY.

• Client Usage: The Client is granted a license for personal use only (social media, printing, auditions). Commercial use by third parties (e.g., dance brands) requires a separate license from the Photographer.

• Credit: Any public posting of the images must include credit to "GIT PHOTOGRAPHY."

• Alterations: The Client may not edit, or apply filters to the final images delivered.

4. Liability Waiver & Release (Crucial)

The Client acknowledges that dance photography may involve physical activity, including but not limited to jumping and posing in various environments. The Client agrees that the Photographer is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during the session. The Client hereby releases and holds harmless GIT PHOTOGRAPHY from all claims of liability.

5. Delivery and Storage

• Raw files are not provided to the Client. Only edited/selected high-resolution files will be delivered.

• The download link will be active for 30 days.

• The Photographer will store the raw materials for 3 months after delivery, after which they may be deleted.
