Employment Agreement - Dancer Book
The cost of the photo shoot day is based on the price quote sent to you. Payment for the photo shoot will be made at the end of the photo shoot day, and in the case of a split photo shoot session, at the end of the first day of photo shoot.
Payment can be made through applications such as "Bit", "Paybox" or in cash or by bank transfer.
Payment terms
Cancellation notice received less than two business days before the scheduled photo shoot date will charge you for a full photo shoot day.
For the avoidance of doubt, failure to arrive for the photo shoot, stopping the photo shoot in the middle, or any other behavior does not release the client from paying for the photo shoot itself.
If you are unable to make it to the day of the photoshoot, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can check the possibility of arranging an alternative date.
Canceling photos does not automatically postpone them, everything is subject to availability and circumstances.
Cancellations and refunds
The intellectual property rights in the photos remain mine. Your publication of the photos will be done while giving credit as usual with the name GIT PHOTOGRAPHY.
Additionally, no editing changes should be made to the photos after receiving them from me.
With your consent, I may use the images to demonstrate my portfolio and for marketing and advertising purposes.
If you would like to avoid using your photos for advertising, please let me know.

A photo session is scheduled to last two and a half hours. It is important to me that we respect each other's time, and therefore any lateness or delays on your part will be deducted from the time allocated for the session.
If the session extends beyond two and a half hours due to such delays, please keep in mind that the additional time will incur an additional cost.
The raw materials are available for viewing only, but are not delivered to you.
The photos that will be provided to you will only be those that you select from the raw materials and will undergo my editing process.
The link to the raw materials will be available for a limited period of one month, after which it will be deleted and there will be no ability to recover the images. I will do my best to remember and ensure that you send me your selection of images, but it is important to understand that this is your responsibility.
The link to the edited photos will be available for a limited period of one month, the edited photos will be kept by me for a period of three months, after which they will be deleted and there will be no ability to restore the photos.

If the dancer is a minor, the parents will be involved and present throughout the process and the filming is subject to their approval.
