Work agreement - show photography

A deposit of 20% of the cost of filming the show will be paid upon confirmation of the quote and to reserve the requested show date. The balance of the payment will be paid within 72 hours of the end of the show.
Payment can be made through applications such as "Bit", "Paybox" or in cash or by bank transfer.
The final payment will be based on the actual length of the show - from the start time agreed upon between us to its actual end time.
Payment terms
Cancellation notice received up to 30 days before the scheduled filming date will entitle you to a refund of the advance payment you paid. Cancellation notice received less than 30 days before the scheduled filming date will not entitle you to a refund of the advance payment.
If a cancellation notice is received less than 14 days from the scheduled filming date, you will be required to pay 50% of the transaction value.
Cancellations and refunds
The intellectual property rights in the images remain mine.
The publication of the photos by the studio or the dancers will be done while giving credit as usual with the name GIT PHOTOGRAPHY.
Additionally, no editing changes should be made to the photos after receiving them from me.
With your consent, I may use the images to demonstrate my portfolio and for marketing and advertising purposes.
If you do not want me to use the photos, please state this in writing via WhatsApp or email.

It is the studio's responsibility to ensure that photographs of minor dancers are taken with the consent and approval of their parents.
The photos will be ready within up to 20 business days, in the months of June-August up to 30 business days.
The link to the images will be available for a limited period of one month, after which it will be deleted and there will be no ability to recover the images. It is your responsibility to ensure that the images are downloaded on time.
The lighting of the show is the sole responsibility of the studio, I am not responsible for any decrease in the quality of the images resulting from the lack of lighting. Tips for creating optimal lighting for the images can be found in the information file sent.
